REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return is you purchased a tuxedo. *Rentals not included*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at yossi@eliteapparelsource.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Rental Return
Returns are due on the day after the use date. On weekends they can be returned Sunday or Monday
An additional $25.00 late fee shall be charged for each day of use pass the return date up to a maximum of seven (7) days. On the eight (8) day, customer shall be responsible for replacement cost equal to  five (5) times the regular daily rental rate  of  total rental package or full retail replacement value for missing items inconsideration of merchandise cost and lost revenue.
 

Canceling
Within 10 days of use date, no refund is given. prior to that a minimum of $35.00 will charged for fitting and /or cancellation fee.
 

Retail Return / Refund
Unless different written return arrangements are made, returns are honored within 2 days with receipt, unused in original packaging only. 30% re-stocking fee will be applied for accessories. All special order merchandise are final - No Returns.
